    We’re unable to ship on weekends or holidays, so orders after 2PM CST Friday will ship on Monday.

  • You must spend over $100 to qualify for this. Otherwise, shipping fees are shown at the checkout.

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery if the product does not meet your needs.

  • We’ll then provide a FREE returns label and give a 100% refund.

Faulty Items

  • Please notify us if there’s a problem with your purchase, we can usually solve it.

  • All items have a 12-month guarantee against faulty workmanship or manufacturing defects.

  • If established as faulty, we will provide a postage label to return your purchase.

  • Once we’ve received, tested and confirmed your purchase as faulty, we’ll send out a replacement.

  • If the fault is deemed to have not been caused by a manufacturing defect (e.g. ran over by a car), then this is not classed as faulty, and you will need to pay to repair or replace the item.

Chargebacks (Disputed Payments)

    • Tranquil reserves the right to discontinue service for items/orders disputed by an individual with their bank.

    • Customers are responsible for any associated costs of payments disputed with a bank for an order or subscription charged through Tranquil.

    • Tranquil reserves the right to pursue debt reclamation measures for outstanding balances or dispute charges incurred in the event of disputes ruling against Tranquil’s favor or in the case of late subscription payments being overdue.
