How to get started and charge the watch

Normally, the setup process shouldn’t take that long, but if the watch can’t get a good quality cell signal, it will take longer for the settings to sync with the watch.
While it’s in the charging dock, you can press the crown button and it’ll show you the signal in the top right of the small screen on the watch face. Try moving the watch closer to a window, as mobile signal is usually better outdoors.
Please keep the home beacon plugged in and place it in an area where its range (33 feet) can cover the home. This might be in the center, or in one corner if in a larger home.
If the home beacon isn’t plugged in, you may receive alarms saying that the user has left the home when they haven’t.

The watch takes around 2 hours to fully charge from 0% to 100%.
If it is the first time you’ve used the watch, the watch hasn’t fully sync’d the settings. Please place the watch back on charge and wait until setup is finished.
If the watch’s battery has fully drained, it will need to be charged for at least 30 minutes before it is able to start up again. Please leave it on the charge for at least 30 minutes so it can get enough charge to stop again and then take it off.
