How to select which alerts you'd like

Go to notifications>mobile. You can then press a switch for each notification that you’d like.
If the switch is white, the notification is turned off. If the switch is green, it’s turned on.

Go to notifications>device and press add new notification.
Select the type of notification that you’d like to add at the top. By default, email is selected. If you’d like to add an email notification, tap the dropdown menu underneath alarm type and select the alarm type that you’d like to be notified of (e.g Battery Low) and then press add. and enter the person’s name and email in the boxes underneath. Press add.
If you’d like to add call notifications, press add new notification again, and make sure call is selected.
By default, call emergency contacts is selected, this means that the watch will call all the contacts you have selected as an emergency contact in order. This is a very useful feature to make sure you get through to someone in an emergency. Select the alarm type that you’d like to be notified of (e.g GeoFence out) and then press add.
If you’d like to call someone specific, tap on the call emergency contacts switch until it’s turned off and then enter the person’s name and phone number that you’d like to call, select the type of notification and press add.
Once you’ve done, press save.
- SOS Call Initiated: Activate this if you’d like to know when the user has pressed the SOS button, and has tried to call you/notify you of an emergency.
- SOS Call Not Answered: Activate this if you’d like to know when an SOS call was made from the watch, but none of the emergency contacts were able to answer.
- Recorded SOS Message: Activate this if you’d like to know if the user has left an SOS message. You can check this by going to watch dashboard>SOS messages.
- Battery Low: Activate this if you’d like to know once the battery percentage has dropped below 10%.
- Battery Empty: Activate this if you’d like to know when the watch has completely ran out of battery.
- User Has Left Safe Zone: Activate this if you’d like to know when the user has gone out of a Safe Zone.
- User Has Entered Safe Zone: Activate this if you’d like to know when the user has gone into a safe zone.
- No Movement: Activate this if you’d like to know if the user hasn’t moved for 3 hours (when wearing the watch) or 12 hours (when on the charger). This can be useful if you think the user may forget to take the watch off the charger.
- Home Beacon Range Exit: Activate this if you’d like to know when the user has left the home area. This will alert you 5 minutes after the connection to the beacons have broken.
- No Service Connection: Activate this if you’d like to be notified if the watch has no cell signal.
- Service Connection Re-established: Activate this if you’d like to be notified once the watch has cell signal again.
