Watch at 0:30

Go to notifications>device and press add new notification.

Select the type of notification that you’d like to add at the top. By default, email is selected. If you’d like to add an email notification, tap the dropdown menu underneath alarm type and select the alarm type that you’d like to be notified of (e.g Battery Low) and then press add. and enter the person’s name and email in the boxes underneath. Press add.

If you’d like to add call notifications, press add new notification again, and make sure call is selected.

By default, call emergency contacts is selected, this means that the watch will call all the contacts you have selected as an emergency contact in order. This is a very useful feature to make sure you get through to someone in an emergency. Select the alarm type that you’d like to be notified of (e.g GeoFence out) and then press add.

If you’d like to call someone specific, tap on the call emergency contacts switch until it’s turned off and then enter the person’s name and phone number that you’d like to call, select the type of notification and press add.

Once you’ve done, press save.
